No internet Bonnybridge

Hub internet light not coming on. No internet despite all checks saying internet fine. 
did all usual reboot of everything

@Ann1313 We are the same, reset the router, unplugged then plugged everything back in and nothing. In Bonnybridge also.

Wifi down Carron

Nearly an hour and saying no issues on checks. All usual stuff done. Orange Internet light says check are telling me fibs. Gremlins are on the loose again 🤣

It's further in to Falkirk as well. I'm just up from the Helix and it's knackered.

At that time of night it could be maintenance taking place. This is carried out overnight to keep disruption to a minimum as most customers are asleep. If it hasn't returned by 7ish in the morning contact Sky to report it.
