No internet 2 red lights

So I've run all the tests, turned it off ect still no connection. 2 green lights and 2 solid red lights stuck what to try next.

@BigPHJ if the connection test in the My Sky app run over a mobile connection doesn't tell you Sky are aware of a fault affecting your line call them and report it.
