No inernet

We cannot get any internet the hub is not working but your diagnostics say all OK?

@FS3 the online diagnostics take up to an hour to pick up a dropped connection once they do they will offer help including booking an engineer if one is required. Alternatively you can call Sky and the agent will,walk you through the same steps.
