No go!

I have no connection to my tv , the router is fully working all lights are on. I've switched it off and on with no joy. I've also switched the TV off at the wall no joy just a screen that says No connection! I have switched both TV and router off at the same time. I have gone through all the instructions on TV but after doing so it would not accept my password saying an error had occurred yet I used the same password as I used to sign in !!

What were you signing into when it worked ?
