No fibre connection or update.

Had fibre installed into my home on 23rd September and my activation date was then . The hub in the street has an issue from City Fibre , last communication from Sky was 2 weeks ago , with an email stating we would have an update on the 9th October as there is an external issue .... we have heard nothing .....

@gingerone12 Few have gone and now quit sky due to the ongoing CityFibre / Sky not working on the connection, you just have to keep contacting sky to find out what is happening, no other way currently!
