No data connection
Have rebooted router several times and now done factory reset, laptop is connected via ethernet directly to router and phone connected to wifi, but no data connection for either

Connection issues 09/10/24
Try connecting your Router directly with laptop/computer.
Log into 192.168.0.1 - admin - sky to log in
check Maintenance - Router status - if under broadband port - IPv4 domain name server is 0.0.0.0
go to advanced, tick DMZ Server - type in 8.8.8.8 or another DNS server, then apply
worked for me, good luck.
