No connection

Checked the broadband and wifi and the website is saying there are no issues in the area anx connection is good yet we haven't been able to access wifi all evening! Phones are showing full wifi bars but still won't work. This happens regularly. I am going to have to change our provider from Sky, broadband and phones! Ridiculous

Have you tried rebooting your broadband hub at the mains ?
