@Manon78 you have posted in the Broadband forum rather than one of the forums for the various Sky TV systems ie Sky+HD, Sky Q , Sky Stream or Sky Glass. To get help choose the forum that serves the Sky TV system you have and give some details of the issue as forum members are customers like you.
