No connection

At least 2 time a day I lose internet and 1:30 in the morning every night I have to keep re connecting the sky box's every day comes up no internet then re connect box never had this problem before till i upgraded a couple months ago to what's meant to be the best and fastest broadband band the one I had before was better and I'm paying more money for this one and had nothing but trouble some nights I don't even bother reconnecting as it's going up and downs stairs at least 4/5 times restarting my router

@Rachel751 please post your Sky hub's stats see Find your Sky Broadband router statistics

 

The loss at 1.30am sounds like the Digital Line Management system resetting the line to helpmstabilise the connection.
