No connection to the internet

No connection to the Internet. Ran test and still not working. So we have no tv either as we are Sky Steam

 

Not good as we are a new customer

In Milton Keynes and I have no internet connection either, tried all the resets still not working

Ah we are only up the road in Bicester so looks like it's our area

The first thing to check is this link to see if there are any outages in your area:
https://www.sky.com/servicechecker


If there isn't try running the line test here:
https://www.sky.com/help/articles/broadband-diagnostic-start


You can also run the test via the MySky app on a mobile data connection.


After this has finished and if it reports back all is good click on broadband to run an updated test. If you get amber or red please follow the on screen instructions.


If this is of no help give Sky a call to report it to them.

No internet connection

I just called sky, there is a problem on the line , sounds like it's affecting a few people, they have booked an engineer and will update when it's resolved

Yes done a that, have reported it, there is an issue on the line
