No connection to the internet.

Good Evening. I am contacting Sky in relation to having no internet and as a result my TV services are not working nor are any of my internet devices in the household. I have followed steps online which say my wifi is working, my connection to the broadband router is good but I have no internet connection. This has happened on every device in my home.

If the lights are all lit on your hub then try turning it off at the mains then back on again 5 minutes later, leave it for 2-3 minutes then see if your devices are working.
