My Internet connection has dropped and won't reconnect. I have gone through all the procedures but still nothing. The status report says there aren't any issues so what can I do?

Find out more@salbish you need to speak with Sky so they can get the fault fixed for you so I have escalated your post tothe Sky team who support the forum who should be in touch soon to offer you a private chat session to get this sorted. Keep an eye on the forum as if you miss the message just click the chat icon which will be added to the forum pages for you to use.saving a long phone call.

Thanks both but it has now been sorted. It seems that, although it was saying there were no issues with the connection, I had a message not long after I posted that there was, in fact, an outage which has now been restored.

Mine is dropping out every 15 minutes or so for a minute or 2. Very frustrating. Do the normal checks but can only do this when it's working so not much use! Local chat groups indicate lots of people in the area have been experiencing this the last few days.

Yeah it's been dropping out for the last couple of days also. So It very frustrating especially with teenagers 😂
