No connection since upgrading to fibre
I was upgraded on September 10th, but no Internet on tv. Internet works on my other devices. Unable to use catch up, Netflix etc. Was on holiday to Rome, got back this am, no connection still. Mentions might need booster?

Re: No connection since upgrading to fibre
@Elly65 you may need a booster if the signal in the room the TV is in is poor. However there can be other reasons one common one is if you have a white Sky hub you may need to change asetting in the My Sky app. Navigate to Product Options and find tge Sky Max hub then go to advanced settings and WiFi security and chanectge setting from WPA3-T to WPA2 as some TVs wont connect to the newer secirity standard.
