No connection/ rescheduling appointments

I am currently offshore. I need to reschedule an open reach appointment. When I try online it won't let me, has said I need to speak to customer service. As I am offshore I CANNOT phone. 

how do I contact sky online to change this appointment, as I am not able to phone.

@Callum50 If it is not able to be changed online through the account logon then you have no choice but to spend the time phoning, 8am to 8pm are the times!
