No connection for fire stick and phone is always saying poor connection
Fire stick always buffing so can't watch anything without interruption and phone is always saying poor connection

@Linzitelford79 To stream video on a device like a firestick you need a decent bandwidth and a signal not affected by interference. Several things you can try first make sure the hub and firestick are out in the open as having either under or behind other kit will affect the wifi signal. With a Firestick you may have to use a HDMI extention cable if your TV is wall mounted as the TV contains metal which blocks wifi. Your hub should be in the open on a surface above obstructions like radiators.
Second suggestion is to reboot your Sky hub as that will make it find the best wifi channel the one tge fewest of your neighbours use. Another signal on the same or adjacent channel will interfere.
If they dont help,you may have to consider spending some money to improve thecwifi in your home.
