My service should gone live on 14th November now I'm waiting on engineer to connect from my home, but today my service ended with Virgin what can I do, sky saying after 27th for engineer

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out more@LisaCushman there is nothing you can do to bring the date forward as this will be the earliest Openreach can do the work. Unlike Virgin Media Sky do not own the network they use. Hopefully the work can be completed on that date but that cannot be guaranteed..
Its too late for you now but forum members advise allowing at least two weeks overlap when switching from a different network to Sky or any other ISP who uses Openreach.
