No connection Heaton Bolton

Hello is anyone else having problems with Internet connection Heaton Area Bolton last few days I also can't get on to test my connection it's saying not available and yes unplugged and reset etc

@Bolton33  Are you able to run the tests from the information below?

Can you please run the broadband test, this can be done either via the Sky app on mobile data or use the link below.

If it finds an external fault it should enable you to book an engineer.


After the service checker completes and if it comes back green all good can you click on broadband to run an updated test please. If you get amber or red please follow the on screen instructions.

I have no connection but I'm in Devon, I've run the tests but says all ok

@Lisa197  Was this the service checker that you ran that shows all of your services in a little house in the background?
