No broadband

Hi.

 

I've had no internet with sky for 7 weeks. I've had 3 engineers out saying the same thing I've been restricted. Sky have said im not the engineers dont know what they are doing. They sent me a new router, even though an engineer tried several different things. Today then they've said the same thing im restricted.

 

I have no idea what to do next as sky doesn't seem to be bothered about my situation.

Pretty much all you can do is to put in a complaint:

 

https://www.sky.com/help/complaints

 

Sky then has up to 8 weeks to resolve this or you can ask for a deadlock letter that allows you to take the complaint to the next step but hopefully a resolution will be found before then.
