No broadband
No broadband - Sky say this will take 2 days to repair. Really?
Does that mean I will get a refund if it is not fixes today. Or will they stiff us like normal?
No bots or sky weasels please

Openreach aim to repair such faults within 2 working days of them being reported so what you were told is correct.
You might qualify for auto compensation credit as per this if it is not fixed in this timescale as you can read about here:
