No broadband
My broadband is down this morning, I would like this resolved soon please. When I go onto the checker on the app it said it was working but it's definitely not. Even said it was working when it was switched off.

Hi @Kirsty152
Have the lights on your hub changed at all? The Sky checker should pick things up if your hub has lost connection. Your only other option would be to call Sky

Yes I only have two lights on rather than the normal 3

@Kirsty152 See the link's below they may be off help, and if you do need to run / test would be over mobile data as your System may not be connected!.
If you haven’t done it already use the below link to check to see if there are any broadband problems or outages nearby
