No broadband
No internet therefore no WiFi. WiFi checker says everything fine!! Obviously not.

Mine is down as well and jeeps coming back and then dropping out again.

@Rabro & @Laura20 Please complete the latter directions of the information below to see if a fault is found.
Can you please run the service checker, this can be done either via the Sky app on mobile data or use the link below.
https://www.sky.com/help/diagnostics/sky-broadband-diagnostic/sky-broadband-diagnostic
If it finds an external fault it should enable you to book an engineer.
After the service checker completes and if it comes back green all good can you click on broadband to run an updated test please. If you get amber or red please follow the on screen instructions.

No matter what you do the service checker always says everything is fine
My whole system from TV the internet the apps never a day goes by without a fault

@GW63 That is why I was say to users that the information in the service checker is historical data and that a further broadband test is needed.
