So I wait two weeks for a phone line to be fixed then I have no broadband wait 45 minutes for an answer then am told broadband is down in the whole of Wicklow but my service checker states no issues in my area so I state this and off they go to check then lo and behold I get an engaged tone and am cut off so I'm now queuing again another 45 mins **bleep** I guess they hold us to ransom because we can't get fibre or use virgin I think they will lose a lot of customers once fibre is more available I for one will go after the absolutely awful customer care received not even follow ups on existing to check just the same number that you wait for 45 mins and hope you get someone who is not in a call centre this really is the worst service I have ever received from any service provider

I have been in the phone to sky call centre again and no mention of a broadband issue here at all this time no internet either so now a virtual engineer is going to fix this in 3 to 5 days no one is coming here so how is that going to happen and then I ask about being compensated for my two weeks of no sky service other than TV package and they tell me no record so yes they will sort out the issue from today till im up and running but not the last two weeks of no phone internet or Cinema why can't you speak to someone who can resolve all these issues and not a call centre in India who has so far managed to cut me off twice but at least this time they actually called me back on my mobile which shows a 01 number how clever anyone any ideas how we can actually get things resolved
