I have recently moved address when I contacted SKY over two weeks ago I was told that my new address was OK to just plug my router into although they did have to send me a new cable.
However I have been in my new address for over a week now and received a text from sky to say that there is an issue and my broadband would not be going live, I would receive an update by the 3-7-23 we are now on the 5-7-23 and I had to call them this morning for some sort of update to be told it is open reach that is the issue and they might have an update in the next 5-7 working days!!! This has caused no end of issues and having looked around I can have Internet installed at home by a different provider. So now I am in teo minds to leave sky

If the new isp uses openreach you will have the same issue
Can you enter your full postal address below and post the table and notes after removing your address from the image
