No broadband since Friday

Hi, I am going insane trying to contact Sky about this issue. I got an email to say an Openreach Engineer would come out, but no timescales and it is proving impossible to get anything up to date on this. I have tried calling and just get get an annoying automated voice asking me to check the modem, we have done all this and established the problem is external. Has anyone recently had any success contacting Sky? thanks!
