We have had no broadband connection or phone connection for 24 hours.
several people who live within a 10 mile radius have reported similar on a Facebook forum.
Sky helpdesk are unhelpful- just sending an engineer out ... on Oct 9th !!
The issue is not in my house , it must be external for so many others to have same problem simultaneously. .
I managed to get a BT OPENREACH number from the help desk but they will not talk to me and told me to contact provider.
Going round in circles, any advice please to escalate this?
