I'm a returning customer, my activation date is tomorrow but I've just realised I haven't received a hub only a Q box. I've tried the Quickbot and 'contact us' options but don't get relevant options.
I work from home and need to have WIFI.

Are you sure? Sky typically doesn't ship 'a Q box' (those arrive with a television installer) but they do so for broadband Hubs.
If you could photograph or describe the connections on the back of the box, that would help.

Ah, yes, that's a main Q television box: as you're a returning subscriber at the same address they do send it out because the dish modification has already been done.
