The broadband on my laptop is poor quality/ non existent. Your checker says everything is clear but it isn't. It also says I have no devices connected which isn't right. I'm watching the cricket on the minibox, the laptop is connected without internet plus I have loads of hue and echo devices. When mobile logs onto the wifi then it says the same as the laptop. Switched everything off and on again multiple times. I think the router is old and the fault. Can you confirm?
