No broadband connection

I've reset my box twice the hub is fine according to your checks but I still have no connection to the Internet on my sky glass TV it's not the first time this has happened and would like the problem addressing ASAP

@Jaysia  After running the service checker and it is coming back green all good, can you please click on broadband and run an updated test.
