No broadband connection

Absolutely no connection to any of our devices. Have followed all trouble shooting guides and still nothing - sky reports no issues!

yet our tv says: 

Sorry, because of a technical issue, you're currently experiencing a limited service. Please be assured that we're working hard to fix the problem.

And our mobiles are taking us to a gateway login!

so sick of the constant issues with sky! Constant issues with the broadband speed and not getting what we're paying for!
