No broadband. Hub shows green, orange, green, orange series of lights. Tried the reconnecting actions suggested by the self-heal screen. Checking my phone number it says there is a service issue (since yesterday). When is it likely to be fixed?

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out moreSky cant give estimates unless Openreach give them that information which they do not always do.
As a general guide Openreach aim to fix problems in 2 working days but that may be longer if the problem is complex.
