No broadband connection and service checker errors

Hi

 

I've had no broadband since sometime yesterday, I was able to go through the service checker last night but foolishly decided not to book an engineer and leave everything off and disconnected overnight.  Only the internet light is orange, others are fine. Box is also only 6 months old. 

 

No change this morning when I plugged everything in but the service checker now doesn't work to let me book an engineer. I've been having the "Sorry that didn't work, service checker is down..." message the last few hours.

 

Any chance to get an escalation from here for a live chat in the morning please?
