No broadband after activation date

Hi my activation day was yesterday 10/11 for broadband but it still hasn't been activated. My account still shows due to be activated yesterday but no updates

@LisaMid call Sky this morning as they should have had a report overnight saying why your line was not activated as planned.

You're lucky. Mine was supposed to be activated a week ago on 4th November. After about 8 phone calls and being lied to on the phone about different things, told to wait 24 hours then 48 hours then another 48 hours I finally got a message yesterday saying there is a technical issue that can take up to 4 weeks to resolve.

Ive already been without Internet for 5 weeks with EE so I switched to sky. Just been told it will take 24/48 hours to fix as well, what a joke this is becoming!
