No address on account

I am logged in and when I try to check the connection it says that there is no address registered and I cannot find how to change that . When I called I could not get a person but a test was run that confirmed there is an issue with my broadband. I am at my wits end and don't know what to do, I just want to talk to a person.

Hi @Lucy741 

Regarding your online account you'll need to link your account number to your Sky ID so you can see details of your subscription. Your account number should have been on communication emails from Sky.
