Hi 

My Internet is not working which means I cant watch tv. You've done a test and said its working but its not. The router has 2 amber lights so your tests are wrong. Not happy

@Julie316 What test is wrong? The service checker is that the one you are on about, it's NOT an instant software test here you go it's not working, the lights do that by showing you what's happening!

This link below provides information about the coloured lights on the various hubs that can help to see what is going on! If the system is also Full Fibre then the lights on the OR/CF ONT also require to be looked at!
