No WiFi???

my router is plugged in fine. But the internet and voice modules are shining amber whilst the power and WiFi icons are green.

my WiFi was working fine and then dropped out of nowhere. I've tried switching it on and off and it's the same now.

the general signal has been horrible as well. But now there's just no internet. What's happening????

@Jenita  First thing to check is this link to see if there are any outages in your area:

https://www.sky.com/servicechecker

If there isn't try running the line test here:

https://www.sky.com/help/articles/broadband-diagnostic-start

You can also run the test via the MySky app on a mobile data connection.

After this has finished and if it reports back all is good click on broadband to run an updated test. If you get amber or red please follow the on screen instructions.

Please be aware that outages after midnight are usually down to maintenance, please see this pinned post https://helpforum.sky.com/t5/Broadband/Important-Notice-Scheduled-Broadband-Maintenance/td-p/5151847...

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.
