No WiFi
Again I have no WiFi. This happened on Saturday too 14th Feb. But not this long it's been down all night. My service tells me there is an issue I my area, same as Saturday. Really and these people want me to pay £50 a month. Give me better service for that price.

No ISP guarantees an uninterruptible connection: that's just not possible given the topology of the national network.
You could choose to pay more to use a service provider which has automatic failover to cellular data in the event of a fixed-line outage.
