No WiFi

Hi,

Our WiFi isn't currently working and I work from home. 
I recently changed my bill as I was coming out of contract so I renewed. I paid my usual amount of £35 2 days ago so there should be no issue with payments etc. (I have never missed or been late) 

 

please can someone advise if there's an issue in my area or if it's just my connection?

I work from home so I'm start to panic incase it's still not connected before I start work.

Not sure form your post , if yesterday your Broadband was working and went down around when you posted.

 

Firstly, have a read of this posting on scheduled broadband maintenance;

Also, check there are no current outages in your area;

If not, would be worth try running a line test;
