No WiFi

Hi, I had an engineer out from open reach on Tuesday and I've had no Wi-Fi since this is the seventh engineer that I've had to my property in the past six months four months was with Talk Talk and the same issue with them no Internet I've had Sky for two months And had no Wi-Fi. The engineer that came from Sky said that my wiring is very old and was fitted in the 1960s which would've been for a phone line there's a cupboard just outside the flat and it has the main outlet for the Wi-Fi that you guys need to get to but don't have a key for so not one engineer has been able to get into this box where I believe the trouble lies. The engineers have been through everything thoroughly every single one of them and when they leave the Wi-Fi works but then the next day I'm back to nothing in a flashing box for days on end. I need an engineer to come again but to be able to gain access to this cupboard so that they can hopefully run me a new cable into my flat. It can be the only thing that there is that hasn't been tried and tested. Could someone please get back to me . as I say there's no Wi-Fi at the house at the flat and 4G is very limited as I live in luckily which is out in the middle of nowhere obviously Sky yourselves say that you guarantee 35 speed to your Wi-Fi if I could get 30 I'd be happy I've not been able to watch telly or use my phone or do any work from home on my laptop as the Wi-Fi when it is on is not strong enough to work any of it I really hope That we can resolve this problem once and for all as the last six months of my life have been very trying to say the least. I've never known anything like it. Unless you can access this cupboard, there's no point sending anyone the open reach lad that came the other day Andrew tried to access it but obviously we don't have the key. I think the electrical people have one and possibly the council, but we are not allowed to have them ourselves so could you please look into how that you can access this cupboard please? So that you can rewire from that box to my flat to gain a Wi-Fi signal Thank you very much. I'm very grateful and I will be very grateful if you can get it working for me as I feel like I'm living in the middle ages .

@Jw55 Have you not been able to find out who can unlock the cupboard for you, speak to whoever can do it, get it unlocked, arange for an Engineer visit let them do and find out what is going on, once all sorted get it locked again. No wonder everyone has walked away what would you expect them to do! If they cannot get access then nothing is going to happen!
