No WiFi

I have been a Ski TV and Broadband customer for around 3 years now and never had any problems with my Internet. At lunch time today I received a call from a member of your team offering me a deal to upgrade my broadband which I politely declined. Strangly only a few hours later my Internet stopped working. I called your technical support and spent almost an hour going through various steps. My broadband is connecting to my Sky TV and all other devices but with no WiFi available on anything. I am extremely disappointed as it appears that by declining the invitation to upgrade my broadband, I have been cut off in an attempt to force me into the upgrade. I need this repaired ASAP.
