No WiFi

Sudden loss of sky broadband / internet Resetting has done nothing

Red light on LOS and no light on either "internet" or voice on hub

Have tweeted Sky Help having cycled round several times through troubleshooting but seems like there may be an issue with the line in?....no physical changes made and all looks intact

Los or loss of signal usually indicates an external fault resulting in insufficient light on the sensor

Do you have any means of contacting sky

Re: No WiFi

I am getting the same. Everything green but only getting 20mb download over wifi when speed in is showing more than 150mb. When engineer tested we were getting 90 to 100mb in all rooms over wifi.

@damas Can you please run the service checker, this can be done either via the Sky app on mobile data or use the link below.
https://www.sky.com/help/diagnostics/sky-broadband-diagnostic/sky-broadband-diagnostic

If it finds an external fault it should enable you to book an engineer.

After the service checker completes and if it comes back green all good can you click on broadband to run an updated test please. If you get amber or red please follow the on screen instructions.

If someone has helped give them Like.

If you have found this solution helpful please tick this as the answer.
