No WiFi on TV only

Having issues with tv WiFi. All other devices in the house working. Just no network connection on TV. Have reset WiFi dozens of times. Pressed and held wps button as suggested. Nothing. Any ideas? Thank you.

@AliKav if you have the white Sky Max hub try changing the WiFi security setting in the advanced settings for the hub in the My Sky app from wpa3-T to wpa2 as that may sort your issue.

What is your broadband speed, and is there any way you  can connect the  tv  with  an  ethernet  cable  to see if that works, how long  have you  had this problem?

Thanks but black one. Engineer coming out, seems to be a fault with the modem. Thank you though.
