No WiFi message on tv

I keep getting a no WiFi message on the TV and my son's keep telling me their games are being very laggy and freezing them. The broadband and WiFi checker say there are no problems however the TV clearly states there is

Has anything changed in your setup since the issue started? Do you have boosters or Sky Q at all?
