No WiFi for 3 weeks

Hi all, I have had no WiFi now for 3 weeks. I have heard nothing from sky and can't find any way of speaking to anyone? Does anyone know what I can do. All I can think is to block the direct debit. Sure they will soon call when they don't get there money...

No, they won't and doing that will only make matters worse.

 

If you reported the fault to Sky you'll need to wait for it to be resolved by the network operator, calling Sky won't speed it up and witholding payment no matter how right you feel will get your services restricted.

 

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.
