I have the same problem that started at the same time, suddenly stopped working and the hub is flashing green no matter what I do

@Stephen123h Do you mean that you have no Internet connection on your home broadband.

@Emmaw3662 For you the service checker to see if sky knows off any issues at present.

I have the same   Green lights on power and wireless but internet light is orange. Tried all the help steps but still the same.

Thanks very much! The app says no issues but the website link says there is an outage in my area.

Thanks. Have tried everything. Says no problems with area and not a problem with my connection.  Still not working.

@Emmaw3662 That's the trouble with the Internet, when it goes down can be for many reason's and takes time before everyone that is possibly involved to find out. Never the reason why, it's just an area issue so can be anything.

@JN7 And it's too late to call sky now, if not back on later then you can call them tomorrow for any update, or test they may wish to carry out!

Thank you for the advice. I have just found out they are only open 8am to 9pm.   Shame the internet hub didn't get the memo. 
hopefully it will sort it self out before then.
