No WiFi East Sussex Hastings
Hey, anyone have an issue with their wifi, my dad is in Hastings East Sussex and has an issue with no WiFi, when I do the service checker it shows red and there's a problem, upon testing connection it then goes green and says no issues but it still isn't actually working

@Kev3uk81 First thing to check is this link to see if there are any outages in your area:
https://www.sky.com/servicechecker
If there isn't try running the line test here:
https://www.sky.com/help/articles/broadband-diagnostic-start
You can also run the test via the MySky app on a mobile data connection.
After this has finished and if it reports back all is good click on broadband to run an updated test. If you get amber or red please follow the on screen instructions.

Please note I only provide help on the main forums and not via PM, PM's are switched off.

Re: No WiFi East Sussex Hastings
Thanks, I've already done all that, it states no issues in the area and shows red that there's a problem, click on the let's fix it box which makes it go green and says it's fixed but it isn't, ten minutes later on another test it's back to red, it won't actually fail a test to trigger the engineer option
