No Wi-Fi connection

Wi-Fi boxes on and connected. I did the tests all says good yet. My phone and TVs will not connect to the Wi-Fi. Won't even pop up to connect

Have you tried rebooting everything, so your broadband hub and the devices that will not connect ?
