No WIFI

My Internet is fully connected and there are no service issues according to service checker, however my sky box cant connect to WIFI. I've restarted it and no improvement. Any ideas?

I just rang Sky and they said my Sky Q hub box needs updating and they are sending a new one out. Hopefully that solves the issue!
