No TV

Hello I've had a sky engineer out on Mon and an outreach engineer to fix cables today but my TV is NOT working still. I've gone almost 3 weeks without wifi or TV it's ridiculous I need this fixing!! Please help! Thanks Carol

Openreach doesn't fix television issues.

 

Is your broadband working.

 

Is the television Sky Glass/Stream, Sky Q or not Sky?
