No TV
I'm so sick of Sky. I have only been with them for a few weeks and I have had enough. I'm meant to be full fibre but found out yesterday I'm not. My TV rarely works. Internet is shocking. I have a teenager who needs Internet for school work and a child who often relies on the TV due to her needs. I can't even come out of my contract, unsure why as the service isn't working. For nearly 2 weeks now the TV hasn't come on, just a blue screen and an apology stating technical issues. Please help, really don't know what to do. Many thanks.

Re: No TV
Do you have a grey box anywhere outside the house and do you have a ont box that the hub is connected to? Did you have an engineer come and install them ? Might have been a BT open reach engineer
