Sky engineer visited me on 28th of November to connect broadband, Unfortunately there's some issues and he couldn't connect. Told me that another type of engineer needs to come, and that Sky will get entouch with me.. since then nothing happened, i don't have internet at home since 28th of November still waiting and being charged for broadband since December. How it comes?!?

You'll need to contact Sky to chase it up but you do get compensation for the days retrospectively applied to your bill once it goes live.
